Transparent methodology

How the PHARMA Lens works

Every recommendation is deterministic, explainable and open to human review.

How the Guardrail Index is calculated

Each selected answer adds contextual risk or applies a documented safeguard to one or more PHARMA dimensions. The residual overall index uses the unrounded dimension values: 62% of the six-dimension mean plus 38% of the highest dimension, displayed to one decimal place. Critical incompatibilities determine the minimum decision category but do not inflate or freeze the numerical score.

Important limitation

The Guardrail Index is a structured decision-support indicator, not a psychometrically validated risk instrument. This application does not provide legal, regulatory, accreditation or institutional approval. Recommendations require review against applicable policies, professional standards, data-protection requirements and local regulations.
